We process personal data on an applicable lawful basis, including consent or other permitted grounds where relevant under Indian law.

Where cross-border processing occurs, it is subject to applicable Indian law and relevant contractual or regulatory restrictions.
8. Information Security
We seek to implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service, such as access restrictions, authentication, logging, system maintenance and other security controls.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Users and institutions should protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal data is retained for periods reasonably necessary to fulfil relevant purposes, contractual requirements, institutional instructions and applicable legal obligations.
Retention and deletion of institution-controlled records may depend on the institution's policies, backups, contractual terms and legal requirements. Requests will be evaluated according to the applicable circumstances.
